A Mad Tea Party

Once in a while, I dream of stepping through a looking glass, to escape from reality into a whimsical wonderland. Of course, it would be easier (and only possible) to do so if we have Alice’s looking glass or one of the many gadgets from Doraemon but alas, I have yet to locate the whereabouts of Alice, Doraemon and such. However, I did manage to find a “wizard” of another sort, who goes by the name of Que (pronounced as “Q” and not to be mistaken for the Spanish “que”). Que can really whip up a whimsical fairy-tale like land right before your eyes. His play on colors and different textures creates a seductive affect that makes you believe that you’ve really been transported into another world. I know for I witnessed him transforming the lake and the quarters of another “wizarding” expert, Ratna Rashidi, into an enchanted playground that attracted many oohs and aahs. But of course, you’d have to look at the pictures for yourself or call Que up to perform his magic during your next big event to know what I am talking about.
